Woman’s Extreme 4-Year Transformation Shocks Social Media
Social media users are stunned after Toxii, a self-described body modification enthusiast, revealed a dramatic transformation over just four years—one that looks like a lifetime of change.
In 2019, Toxii had long blonde hair, wore makeup, and had no visible tattoos. Today, she’s nearly unrecognizable: her upper body is blacked out with ink, her eyes and tongue are tattooed, her tongue is split, and she sports horn-like implants on her forehead. She even had her nose removed—and kept it in a jar.
Her viral before-and-after post drew intense reactions. Admirers praised her fearless self-expression, while critics questioned her mental health and suggested she may regret such irreversible changes. “You were so beautiful before,” some commented.
In an interview with artist Devon Rodriguez, Toxii spoke openly about her journey, saying her most painful procedure was the nose removal, which took eight weeks to heal. Asked why she underwent such extreme changes, she replied, “I like to be imperfect. Imperfections make you unique.”
With nearly 160,000 Instagram followers, Toxii continues to use her platform to challenge beauty norms and embrace radical individuality. Whether praised or criticized, she remains unapologetically herself—and impossible to ignore.
